An Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta, December 6, 1967. Desima Equalita Siahaan completed a master Degree Education at Oklahoma City University, USA, and Bachelor Degree in Padjajaran University, Bandung, Indonesia. Serving as Director of Human Resources and General at PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk, 2017- May 2020. Previously he served as Corporate Secretary in 2017, Division Head of Corporate Support & Services from 2015 – 2017, Head of Corporate Secretary 2014 – 2015 and the Head of the Office for Analysis and Reporting 2011 – 2014 at Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk. Desima Equalita Siahaan also served as Sari Wangi & Lipton Tea and RTD Tea Senior Brand Manager in 1997 – 2000. 6 years of experience in the fast Moving Consumer Goods industry with high demands for creativity and innovation, accurate market strategy and a sharp business perspective, so as to have the ability :

Lahir di Jakarta, 8 Januari 1972, Bernard fokus bekerja dalam profesi Advokat, hukum perdata, hukum pidana dan hukum bisnis. Bernard sekarang bekerja di BJM Law Office (Kantor Advokat). Bernard sebagai profesi Advokat berpengalaman menangani beberapa perkara Perdata, Pidana, serta masalah kepailitan, Bernard sudah menyelesaikan Studi S2 di Universitas Gadjah Mada sebelumnya juga telah menyelesaikan S2 di Universitas Jayabaya. Serta berpartisipasi aktif dalam berbagai organisasi kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan

Larassetyo Wibowo was born in Semarang on 6 March 1972 and an Indonesian citizen. He completed his Bachelor`s Degree in Electrical Engineering Department Gadjah Mada University in 1996. In 2000, he joined a training in Information Technology for 4 months in Japan with AOTS scholarship, then he received a StuNed scholarship for a Master degree at Department of Telematics, Universiteit Twente Netherlands in 2001.He started his career as Head of Production Section at PT. Astra Honda Motor in early 1996, then at the end of 1997 he joined with PT. Indosat Tbk. While in Indosat, he involvedin core projects as System Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Process Reengineering Manager, up to the latest position as Division Head (VP) IT Planning. In the summer holidays, he also worked at the Fraunhofer Institute of Germany as a Research Analyst while studying in the Netherlands.Since 2010 he developed his career in several multi-national companies in Indonesia, started as Project Manager at Amdocs, then GM IT Planning & Development at Berca Wimax, GM MIS at PT. Hutchison 3 Indonesia, TMT Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting Indonesia, and BRM at PT. XL Axiata. He also involved in JD.id e-commerce startup incubation and some other startup in logistics & supply chain, MFS (Mobile Financial Service) / e-Money, Digital Service and Payment Gateway.Larassetyo Wibowo was appointed as Technical and Commercial Director of PT. PGAS Telekomunikasi Nusantara since 1 May 2017 based on the decree of Shareholders dated 2 May 2017.

Born in Jakarta, April 12, 1979. Graduated in 1997, high school at SMA 78 Jakarta. In 2003 he continued his education at Padjadjaran University (UNPAD), major in Management Economics. And, in 2010, he was graduated as Masters in Management (MM), University of Indonesia (UI).Sulthani joined PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN), Tbk, since 2005 and began his career at the Corporate Secretary work unit, continuing to the Investor Relations Division work unit until 2016.In 2012, Sulthani also joined PT PGN LNG Indonesia, one of PGN`s subsidiaries engaged in the LNG business, LNG storage and shipping, and natural gas regasification to support PGN`s main business in gas transportation and distribution to consumers.1 August 2019 - present assigned as Director of Finance and Business Support of PT PGAS Telekomunikasi Nusantara (PGNCom).

Born in Malang, April 12 1976. Graduated in 1994, high school at SMA 4.  He was graduated in 2001 at Gunadarma University, major in Management Informations. In 2018, he was graduated as Masters in Management (MM), Bina Nusantara University. Andi joined in PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN), Tbk since 2001 and began his career at the System and Technology Unit, continuing to the Information and Communication Technology Division work until 2021. In September 2021 - present assigned as Director of Technical and Operation
